Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, employees and vendors.
Assist in property inspections in order to assure adherence to established standards.
Ensure compliance with all government, state and local regulations such as the Federal Fair Housing Act.
Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
A minimum of two years with multi-family property management.
Working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws, make ready/renovations.
Computerized property management software experience required.
Responsible for leasing apartments, and as an initial contact between the public and the company, strives to project and demonstrate the value and quality of our product and service.
