The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing finances across diversified industries, with specific expertise in healthcare being highly desirable.
Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to oversee revenues exceeding $100 million and should have directly managed large teams, of about 20 direct reports.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Manage and lead a large team, providing motivation, coaching, and career development.
Inspire and invest in people to foster a team-centric environment.
Business Leadership:
Combine financial acumen with a deep understanding of the business.
Ensure that every decision is made with a comprehensive understanding of its potential impact on finance and overall business success.
Organizational Oversight:
Oversee the full organizational structure, including Directors, Managers, and the entire finance team.
Implement effective processes for finance, cost reporting, and auditing.
Financial Package Delivery:
Take responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of financial packages to clients.
Guide and oversee the Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Cash Management departments.
Leadership Expectations:
Resource Management:
Effectively manage departmental resources and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Guidance and Support:
Provide guidance and support to direct reports, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Best Practices:
Contribute to improved company performance by suggesting, adopting, and spreading best practices.

Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

CPA Certification Additional Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience overseeing large teams Proven track record managing revenues exceeding 100 million Experience in the healthcare sector a huge plus Performance Metrics (PMs):
Punctual and Precision Reports:
Delivering financial and budget reports with precision and within designated timelines on a monthly basis.
Contentment Calibration:
Upholding elevated levels of contentment among both internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Environment:
This position operates within an office setting, predominantly involving desk-based work, but also visiting all of our locations.
